Refund Policy

Jetboil Johnson Outdoors Shop wants you to be satisfied with every stove and camping system you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our refund policy gives you 60 days to request your money back. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from jetboiljohnsonoutdoorsshop.com.

Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. All products are eligible for refund, including opened and used items. We do not require original packaging, but we do ask that you return the product in reasonable condition. Stoves that have been deliberately damaged, disassembled, or modified are not eligible for refund. Fuel canisters cannot be returned for safety reasons. Bulk orders of three or more identical items may require additional verification before a refund is approved.

How to Request a Refund
To begin the refund process, email us at support@jetboiljohnsonoutdoorsshop.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide a return shipping address if a return is required. For low value items under fifty USD, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. Refund requests submitted without an order number will be delayed.

Refund Processing Time
Once we approve your refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Prepaid cards may take longer. If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit.

Partial Refunds and Denials
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Repeatedly returning most or all of your orders may result in denial of future refunds. Partial refunds may be issued for orders older than 60 days or for stoves that show excessive wear. Our team will explain any denial or partial refund decision in writing.
